The TOOLBUS Interface for ARIS and ProVision enables the migration of Workflow and Process Models from Metastorm ProVision to Event – Process – Chain (EPC) models, Value – Added Chain models and F unction Trees in ARIS Business Architect. The layout of the ProVision diagrams is maintained in ARIS.
Conversion Process
In order to migrate process models from ProVision to ARIS Business Architect the ProVision CIF (XML) export files are parsed, and converted to XML (AML) import files for ARIS Business Architect.
Platform
The TOOLBUS Interface for ARIS and ProVision requires Microsoft Windows XP /Vista /7. The interface supports ARIS Business Architect 7.0 to 7. 2, and Metastorm ProVision version s 6 and 7.
